1. No-Refund Policy

All payments made for our services are final and non-refundable once the service has been purchased, activated, or access has been provided.

By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refund, cancellation, or reimbursement will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Failure to use the service or access the provided content

• Missed trading opportunities

• Trading losses or unsuccessful trades

• Dissatisfaction with signal performance or market analysis

• Failure to follow or execute provided signals

• Changes in personal financial circumstances

• Market volatility or unexpected market conditions

• Technical or connectivity issues on the client's side
  
   

2. Trading Risk

Forex and COMEX trading involve substantial financial risk, and losses can occur. Our signals, market analysis, research, and trading ideas are provided for informational and educational purposes and should not be considered a guarantee of profits or a promise of specific trading results.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Clients are solely responsible for their trading decisions, account management, position sizing, and risk management.
 

3. Service Access

Once payment has been successfully processed, access to the purchased service may be provided immediately or according to the applicable subscription or service schedule.

Providing access to the service constitutes delivery of the purchased digital/service-based product. Accordingly, the client remains responsible for the payment even if the service is subsequently not used.
 

4. Subscription Services

Where applicable, subscription services will remain active for the period specified at the time of purchase. Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future renewals where applicable but will not result in a refund for the current or already-paid subscription period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law or where Alpstine Technology, at its sole discretion, determines that an exceptional circumstance warrants an adjustment.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing times.

6. Client Acknowledgment

By purchasing our services, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood this No-Refund Policy.

• Understand the risks associated with Forex and COMEX markets.

• Accept that trading outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

• Agree that payments for purchased services are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

• Accept responsibility for your own trading and investment decisions.
